3:00-4:00 Rehearse Mass Pieces (MVWC & Journeymen) (MVWC can leave when done-eat on your own)

4:45-6:00 Dinner for Journeymen

6:00 Call to Homerooms- warm-ups/last minute notes for MVWC and Journeymen be dressed in concert attire

Saturday, May 2 - Social Gathering with Journeymen at Rascals after concert

Rascals Bar & Grill 7721 147th St W, Apple Valley, MN 55124 Time: 8:45 - Last Call Event held in the side room Parking in their lot, in the Westwood Sports lot across the street, or street parking on Granada. We will be hosting appetizers Limit to 1 guest The size of the room dictates if you have more than 1 person, the rest can always go into the bar, get a table and order food there and you can move between both There will be a cash bar set up in the event room If you need to use a credit card or you wish to order a non-standard beverage, feel free to go into the bar and order from the bartenders. If you wish to order a meal, go into the bar, get a table and order from the server. The purpose of the “AfterGlow” is for us to get to know & celebrate with The Journeymen

Sunday May 3:

1:15 Call for MVWC and Journeymen (Be dressed in concert attire)

1:30-1:45 Warm-ups in Homerooms

1:45-2:30 Rehearsal if needed for Mass pieces or individual choirs

• Black MVWC sparkly top

• Black MVWC skirt

• MVWC rhinestone earrings

• Black, close-toed, moderate-heeled shoes

• Black socks or tights

• No necklaces or other large jewelry

• Performance Make-up

• No Perfume

Slips/Camisoles/Spanx/Etc. are recommended. A static guard type product can be useful. remember to bring water Cough drops may also come in handy

Care Instructions: Skirt can be washed in washing machine on very gentle and cold water - Line Dry Top should be hand washed, inside-out, in cold water - Line Dry If you want to wash in machine, still wash inside-out, cold water, very gentle cycle, but use a lingerie bag
